done and it really is sad that they have so few subscribers
thanks hun! For those who use social media.........share it as much as you can! Folks don't have to be vapers to "like" it. The corruption they talk about affects us all in every way. It's remarkable how many aren't even aware of it.....but let's face it, if we weren't on here, we likely wouldn't be aware of it either.done and it really is sad that they have so few subscribersit seems to be harder to get folks involved than to try to pull an elephant out of quicksand

You are correct DC2 and I wholeheartedly agree, they SHOULD stand up and be counted too. Unfortunately, I found out, through my visit with a local shop owner, that what Debadoo said about ANTZ is true even at the local government level. Many of our local representatives and legislators vape BUT the subject is SO controversial that they are more concerned with keeping their office or getting re-elected than they are about promoting a MUCH healthier alternative to tobacco use. (In short, they know where their bread is buttered.)I know of some very rich people, and they are even vapers!!

Many of them like to stand up and be heard on social issues.
Not sure why they are staying silent now.

They really haven't asked for donations from vapers, but I expect you could use the contact link that Von put up. Here it is again. Contact UsA tenner for indirectly jabbing a thorn in the side of some real mean shysters ?
More ? Less ? Got an adress ?
Aaron brought up a very good point in the webinar. He said that it is difficult to have people take their film seriously when their channel on Youtube has only 2,500 subscribers while "vaping celebrities" like P Busardo, Suck My Mod, etc. has over 100,000 subscribers each. People question why should they support this film when even vapers don't support it.

Why? He doesn't vape.Don't you want to add Donald Trump to that list?
Why? He doesn't vape.
And there I was almost two years ago thinking, well, this is kinda neat.
Now just like everything else it's show me the money.
Right now I am watching 60 minutes. If and until A billion Lives is
on prime time Sunday evening national TV it might as well be Rocky
XLI for all the good it will do.

Mike
That's why we're doing our best to get folks to share it with vendors, on all social media. Those threads don't have thousands and thousands of people though, it's the same people who are chatting on it many many times. You can only like a FB page once. Still his FB page should have far more people than that!! When a cat video can go viral in 24 hours, something like this should have tons of followers, even among non vapers! On another note ... some threads on this forum have thousands and thousands of views and replies ... But the A Billion Lives YouTube Channel only has 2500 subscribers? I don't get it.

I don't need to. He has never smoked, never drank alcohol and has never done drugs. I hardly think he'd take up vaping for fun.You asked him and he denied it?

It's THAT SIMPLE folks! It doesn't cost YOU or ANYONE else a single DIME!!!_________________________________________________________________________
[Editorial;
I've said it before & I'm saying it AGAIN! I'm baffled at the amount of divisiveness within the vaping community! And that's just on this ONE SINGLE forum! If this kind of divisiveness were prevalent in 1774, this country would NOT exist! It's called getting behind a common cause people! I imagine that few then (1774) agreed on every little detail or even many of the major ones BUT they all got behind a common cause and worked the details out later. The constitution and bill of rights still wasn't "perfect" and didn't & still doesn't address ALL things for ALL people and has been shredded to confetti since but that's on us for electing the people we have and allowing them to do it. The point is, you have to win the war by uniting and supporting a common cause. Ironing out the differences comes second. As a fellow ECFer put it, "We all have to row in the same direction, TOGETHER." (My addition: If we have ANY hope of getting across the river! Otherwise we're just going to be swept down stream and over the falls!) That's what is happening too. "We" are already woefully outnumbered. If the number of vapers in the U.S. is anywhere close to accurate @ 9 million, it's completely ironic because that is exactly the same estimated number of supporters Bernie Sanders managed to attain during his ENTIRE campaign, and you see where that got him. We are also OVERWHELMINGLY out financed, not only by B.P. & B.T. but the American Lung Association, G.M. and even AARP!!! (I know, not a "news flash" to most) The corruption runs SO DEEP that, frankly, I personally see little hope of "winning" this war. That doesn't mean it's time to throw in the towel. What it does mean is this fight is going to take resolve AND continuity! "The Colonies" were out manned and underfinanced in 1774, with little hope of winning OUR independence, BUT THEY DID by banning together and supporting a common cause.
As noted previously, this film is more about exposing that corruption and the DEEP POCKETS that fund it and manipulate the system. Vaping is just the vehicle they chose to use to illustrate that point. Fortunately for "us", AT LEAST ONE WOULD THINK, they did! Also, as pointed out earlier, IT DOESN'T COST A SINGLE DIME to click "Like" on FB, "follow" their page, or "Share" them on Twitter. Buy the shirt if you want, don't if you don't but DO SOMETHING SUPPORTIVE for GOD's SAKE!!! Now is the time EVERY vaper should be doing EVERYTHING they can to SUPPORT the COMMON CAUSE! I personally can't afford a single dime of monetary contribution but my clicking finger isn't broken and I do have some time and gas, paper, ink and passion to spare. All the film makers are asking is that you not be apathetic.
Sadly, these are the times we live in! "This isn't exactly the way I'd like to see it." or "Why don't you just do it "this" way?" (also addressed in the second video) or "I just can't afford/I'm too busy to. Let somebody else take care of it." Few are truly passionate about ANYTHING now-a-days and if that's how you feel about vaping, I hope you are really well stocked up because the end IS near!
