Low resistance cartos has my interest. Let us know when you get those back in stock !
If I may say so... low resistance carts are the goods!! I will never vape anything else!! (Unless they come out with a super duper variable voltage low resistance looks-exactly-like-a-G6 thing....which seems unlikely!!
I don't know why there aren't three trillion posts of people babbling with joy over them!! They are so outstanding! I now cannot tear myself away from them to bother opening the XL blanks I have. I'm glad they're back in stock!

Good Morning Halo Nation! Just a quick reminder for the new year... We CANNOT under any circumstance accept returns of liquid, cartomizers, cartridges or atomizers for sanitary reasons. For any other issues the best way to contact us is through customer service at cs@halocigs.com. Every instance varies but in MOST cases we will try to diagnose the problem through emails or ask you to send the item back to us to either diagnose or confirm the problem. The reason we ask for products back is mostly for our own quality control reasons, we want to make sure the products we are sending out are up to our very high standards. We pride ourselves on our premium products and quick and friendly customer service and if we have mistakenly sent damaged or incorrect items we are more than willing to exchange or refund them when we receive them back. Also, we try our best to respond as soon as possible to customer service emails so please be patient, we WILL respond as soon as we can. We want to keep you happy!

Bought 2 kits for Christmas gifts. My stepdaughter is now an ex-smoker. She absolutely loves it. Ordered another g6 kit for my mother-in-law who wants to give it a try. I should have it tomorrow or Monday.

Your products are terrific, and your packaging does make a nice gift, but.......
Perhaps you would consider someday making available a presentation-box "deluxe" gift set which contains the components of your starter kit, one of your sampler packs of juices, and the recharger/carrying case. That would make one heck of a thank-you/birthday/Christmas gift.

PS I'm really looking forward to the tank system I'm holding off on buying other tank style vapes till I see what halo is going to offer
I would buy several if packaged properly. I'm thinking of the same type of presentation as you see on the Ed Hardy perfume sets (BIG hit with my wife, year-after-year!). Decorated cardboard insert with a circular cut-out to hold the G6 starter kit, a rectangular cut-out to hold the carrying case, 6 small circular cut-outs to hold sample bottles, a rectangular cut-out to hold a 5-pack of empty carts for use with the samples, entire thing covered with a clear plastic lid.
And, of course, a discount coupon for the gift recipients first online order of eliquids!
