JBLAZE, We really gotta talk about this Cinder Ella character.

First of all, she upholds the standard of great Halo customer service in a manner that has become expected of Halo.

Second of all, Cinder Ella has been a great addition to the ECF forum and the HALO forums. To often people only post or write about any concern they have. I just thought it might be well worth noting what a great job Cinder Ella is doing !

To often people are quick to complain when they have a problem but all to quiet when customer service meets expectations. You do a great job, I just thought everyone should know

I second that! She is a delight… prompt to respond and personable. It's not often anymore where the customer service equals the quality of their product. But very true with Halo.
