I recently got into vaping never smoked cigs I used to smoke hookah sporadicly and was just wondering if e juice with no nicotine and no diacetyl is safe to smoke.
The vg to pg ratio is 70vg to 30vg and was wondering if the vg when heated can turn into expire in a dangerous toxin.
Ps: I have an avid vape pen and I don't vape the whole day I probably take about 15 to 20 puffs a day and I vape every other day so should I be concerned...

Heating PG and VG is safe. OVERheating it is what turns it into something that shouldn't be inhaled.

You're not in danger of overheating the glycerin with a pen-type device. They're not putting out enough power to create the toxins you're worried about, and most have a cutoff (8-10 seconds) to prevent you from overheating the battery too. Especially with the way you're using it, you're as safe as can be.

Nothing inhaled into the lungs is safe.... How unsafe is anyone's guess though.

i have a 150watt box mod and have vaped as much as 30ml or more in a day using about 3mg - 18mg nic. in comparison to a cigarette - vaping is about 95% healthier. in comparison to non smoking - vapor is similar to water vapor. its essentially a flavored humidifier from all the research ive done. (after vaping for 4 years or so i have done quite a bit)
