Understanding the FDA Compliance Deadlines for e-liquids and e-cigs

I read it. The first item with an August deadline reads "

• Comply with marketing, advertising, labeling and sales requirements.

Does "sales requirements" refer to any more than not selling to kids? How do mail order places conform to this? I buy everything mail order. All my hardware comes direct from China. Liquid supplies are commodity items.

The date that matters to me is when I'll encounter any interference with buying products that are freely available to me now. May be that starts at the end of 2016 but may be it's August.

I can see a lot of companies doing some of the preliminary stuff just to keep the wolves from the door for a while longer. It's hard to picture any new US vape shops opening unless they can make their money back fast. I've believed for a while that anybody who expects to be a life long vaper will be mixing and rebuilding sooner or later. That trend may be accelerated.
