Don't see how opening would void the warranty.. There is no evidence seal. How would they really know and would it matter.

The USB port worries Me more for getting liquid into the mod. As well as leaking in around the switch, since its so close to the atty

I know you're as anxious as I am to find out what's wrong. I don't have a star driver to fit and have been usin a small flat screwdriver. Just don't want to risk damage to a screw head yet. I really think the most likely problem is liquid leaking past the center pin. Just got back from Walmart and it's completely dead. Charger does nothing

I ASSume from that post the ..-.. orchestrator was of less use than nipples on a boar hog. Eleaf may still offer some remedy, I don't know. Couldn't hurt to try another email with them, they seems to go above and beyond on your 30.

I've sent 3 emails on the Eleaf site so far. evape.us is the company replacing my 30, not Eleaf. The orchestrator did say I had a 1 in 3 "hope" of a replacement. He seems to be a good guy and has even replaced a couple with his own personal ones which he will get reimbursed in the second go. So I guess that leaves my chances of one of the 3 very slim. We shall see.

New! Eleaf iStick 50 watt Automatic! It started up again, I thought it was dead. If I screw the atty back on and wait(cause the button does nothing) it will fire auto for 10 seconds, drop out and fire 10 more. I let it do it 3 times before I took the hot atty off. At least I know I can vape it (if it don't blow up on me)

It's showin 1 bar below full. Charger does nothin The button does nothin. I would rather it discharge before putting it in the mail. They ask if you are sendin lipo batteries at the P.O. now. You have to sign a questionnaire if it looks vape related, I guess. I don't know if they will charge more or just deny shippin without an explosion proof box.

Yeah its actually the build in my avitar that I am still running, photo yesterday in the rayon thread I'm at about 260ml on it right now same wick and coil no maintenance, and going strong.

I sent my second dead one back to Eleaf yesterday. They are replacing it, I had to send verification code and copy of receipt.

I thought you were sayin i50s had FEVs on em and you liked them. I didn't know you meant an atty......2 many Buschs
