DIYers
chefsflavours.co.uk is now LIVE - You will need to Register as it is a different site
Quite a few items on there
Code chefsflavours for 20% off first order only - valid 1 month
I was looking at both sites last night - if 'concentrates' is clicked on from the Chefs Vapours site, it automatically goes to Chefs Flavours.
The DIY items containing nicotine remain on the Chefs Vapours site ..but last night I had to search for 'nicotine' rather than it show a specific place ...perhaps that may get changed at some point.

Ordered some more Asgard and a bottle of Valkyrie to try and I found that as well, which is a good idea, don't know what is going to happen to their nicotine sales, but eventually they will have to comply once their stock runs out.

Can't see this TPD being "policed"Bob.I don't think any government has the spare resources to do it.
They'll just rely on people behaving,as usual.

I'm seeing as many discount codes as ever, and i received a mail from a vendor yesterday, saying i still have reward points to spend.

The Solubarome range sounds quite interesting, and is large on their own French site: Arome DIY e-liquide - Solubarome
The site will translate with IE or Chrome (no doubt others too), but there's not a lot more description unless it's been described by the reviewers who sometimes give their percentages too.
There's also a thread on AAEC: Solubarome concentrates from France | ALL ABOUT E-CIGARETTES UK
Perhaps Chefs will have the recommended % on the bottles.

I noticed on Chefsflavours that there's one called Gambhyt (no doubt a 5P taste-alike!)

I've already seen a couple I'd like to try ...and then there's some other new brands too!

A lot depends on what happens with the fatal motion in the Lords. Are they going to have this before 23rd June? If not a lot of vapers may vote Out.
For me, the more vote 'out' the better :) ...but I do want to see the result of the fatal motion asap!

I've just got this email re the Fatal motion and vote petition:
Great Progress In Parliament
I don't quite get this part:
"For now the politicians are urging us to focus on influencing the Department of Health by asking you to encourage your MP to write to the Health Minister Jane Ellison."

So, is one person - this Jane Ellison - responsible for not only implementing the ridiculous e-cig section of the TPD, but also for getting rid of it?

Did you read all that page including the proposed letter to the Health Minister, it has been the DOH that has not taken to e-cigs like the rest of the health people like the RCP and she should have been responsible in getting it talked about in the Commons so that the TPD could have been stopped a long time ago

Yes - just find it odd that because of all the protest, and good publicity at high level and in the media, this one person should be the 'go to' to get this thing thrown out.

It strikes me that she's clearly not been doing her job responsibly, and something like vetoes to the TPD (or any other EU stupid notion) should be at PM level ...not that I think he's particularly effective anyway of course

Vetoes are done at MEP ?? or Council of Europe level where all these laws are considered/made and nothing to do with Dave, and that should have been the job of the DOH to recommend what to do, but because they were so up the a**e of BT & BP they decided to go with the flow, and although they got something a bit better than what was originally suggested, it was still the load of C**P that is now the TPD.

I'm not even sure if the Fatal Motion will be able to kick it into touch anyway, but hope it can.

Ah, right! I thought the PM had to put it to the EU council that 'we' reject/object to parts of the directive.
Whatever, yes, she should have done far more a lot quicker ..she's supposed to represent us and take care of our health by whatever best means she has - and we handed her the solution to smoking on a plate, and still she was blinkered to it by the fat cats of big business.

As for the Fatal Motion succeeding ...I'll believe it when I see it! - even Lord Callanan and the other House of Lords supporters should have acted sooner ....or does something need to be put in place before it can be objected to?

H-ll it's as bad as some of our tax laws trying to understand some of this red tape!

Yes, I'm unsure about the formalities, and all laws are made for lawyers to understand, anyone who does not have all the necessary degrees cannot possibly understand any of it, that's why there are so many people paying either too much (usually the poor) or not enough (the rich who can afford lawyers to look for loopholes).

Capitalism at it's best, unfortunately Socialism and Communism are just as bad, maybe we should follow the Swiss model of Federalism, whereby laws cannot be brought in unless the majority of the people agree to them.
