I had quit smoking for 2 months and then got sober, resulting in a hellish come back tour of my smoking addiction. After months of emotional, and physical, turmoil, I finally found ecigs in February this year. As of 09/13/13 I'm smoke smoke free, down from 24mg juice to 12mg. I don't have a craving for either of the demons in my life.
