Increasing nicotine

Hi all,

I've made some 1.8mg ejuice, but would like to get it to 6mg strenght.
How much of 100mg VG nicotine should I add?

You need to correctly calculate how much nicotine to add to the volume of e-liquid you are making. You are not supplying enough information for someone to safely and accurately give you an answer.

You are right. I completely forgot.
I made 100ml ejuice: 1.8mg strenght. (used 100mg VG nicotine)

Not sure I understand your question.. I made my recipe that I created on ....................
I used 100mg VG based nicotine to make 100ml ejuice at 1.8mg.
This is too weak however and I'd like to safely increase it to 6mg.

I make my DIY eliquids using 100mg/mL Nic Base in 100% VG also. Mine are all made to be a finished Nic of 6mg, no matter what size batch I make. When I make a 100mL batch that I want to be 6mg Nic when finished...I use 6mL of the 100mg/mL Nic Base in VG to add to my plain PG, plain VG, and various flavorings in the recipe.

So, if your calculator was used correctly...you should have used just 1.8mL of your 100mg/mL Nic Base in VG (along with PG, VG, and flavorings) to make your existing 100mL bottle of eliquid at a finished 1.8mg Nic.

The difference between that 1.8mL Nic Base you should already have in your 100mL bottle you made...and the 6mL total you need to have in it to be a finished 6mg Nic...is 4.2mL more of your Nic base. That amount needs to be added to your existing 100mL bottle you made.

Again, that's ONLY if you used no more than 1.8mL of your Nic Base in the 100mL bottle you made already.

Thanks JC, that makes perfect sense. Yes, I have used only 1.8ml in the existing 100ml bottle.
So I need to add 4.2ml or 5.3gram (since I prefer a scale)

Results in 104.468 mL @ 6.0 mg/mL nic.
Of course this is based on OP having all 100mL left (said they vaped some to find it was too weak... how much is missing; a few drops? A few mL?) Also based on 100mg/mL in 100%VG weighing 1.235 mg/mL. This is estimate only without vendor's actual specific gravity.
