JK, I hear chinese food over in China is much different than the U.S. I want to try it!! I'm going to have to try to find a REAL chinese restaurant.

I enjoyed the blog post, Mark. So, are you ruined for 'American' Chinese food now? What do the Chinese eat for breakfast, by the way? The restaurants here only have lunch and dinner, but never serve breakfast.

I asked that at a Chinese Take-out restaurant once, and was told that they mainly eat fruit, and sometimes a couple of fried eggs with white rice.
