My New XhalerXL Doesn't Work...Was I Supposed to Get Spacers???

Hi, I got my XL Xhaler but my 18650's are loose...after reading the description, it appears that spacers were supposed to be included which I did not get.

Are these the ones I need???

Maybe they missed your post. There's so many stickies that it's easy to overlook the regular threads. Did you try emailing them, either through the contact form on the site or directly? ( I think it's dgliem00@gmail.com if I remember right)
