Thanks for the info! Lots of reading ahead! Appreciate it!
Wow, 50 years!Just getting into vaping after smoking more than 50 years. For me, it is really a great move, and I don't miss cigarettes at all. Tried patches, gum, pills, nothing worked until I bought a plain and simple EGO with a plastic tank and some tobacco flavored e-juice at 28MG. Gave my cigs away the next day and haven't smoked another one since!
Finding there are a LOT of options out there and most are confusing. That's why I am here at ECF!
Bottom line is "this actually works. Averaging about 10MG juice now, and slowly getting into DIY mixing and improved hardware as I gather most folks do!
Welcome to ECF, Frank. I was a 39 yr smoker, and also flabbergasted to find that vaping REALLY WORKS!Ain't it great?!?!?!

Welcome my friend. İt is fascinating indeed isnt it? For all those years desperately working at least to decrease the number of the coffin nails with no luck and suddenly the e-cig.incidentally I noticed more old people are inclined to vaping and adopts quicker than young ones. I think this is because we suffered more. they think they can cope with. nearly 3 years of e-cig after more than 40 years of rolling cigarettes. I cant stand the smell now as the geek says "how can you smoke this ....?"

Hi and welcome Frank. Started with evods after 55 years of smoking and gave my cigarettes away the next day. Moved to box mods and kayfuns and have been happily vaping since.
Welcome to ECF Frank
Fantastic !!!
Smoked for over 40 years here...Over 5 1/2 years since I smoked a cigarette.
It's a shame this wasn't available a long time ago !
for sure! Even better, it was easy! For me, at least.
Good Work! Vaping works! For me, it was beyond easy, the first time -- I barely even noticed that I had gotten to 1 cigarette a day, for 3 days in a row... figured if I could deal with just one a day, I could probably deal just fine without it, and I was right. But after my appendectomy, summer of 2014, had a month-long relapse, and coming back from that wasn't easy at all, it took a real effort of will -- don't kid yourself thinking things like 'well I did it once, I can do it again' -- you can, but it's a LOT harder. I had to keep reminding myself that it really was possible, and that I really did love being a non-smoker for the 3.5 months I was, before the appendix threw a fit, so I managed to make it back to smoke-free. 14 months now.
