in our DIY basic usage there is no real advantage, in a laboratory environment nitril gloves are very chemically resistant and are usually standard equipment, this is why wizlabs and others send them, its what they have in stock. it is what i use at work also unless handeling acetone, then i use latex.
they do not tear as easy as a vinyl glove would.
i would think just mixing some nic solutions in the kitchen any modern disposable glove will be fine.

I use nitrile gloves and recommend them over cheaper alternatives. They have better grip of what you're holding onto, nice and rubbery, and hands get sweaty/slippery inside them much less easily than with, say, vinyl, or even with regular latex. Plus, it's not like you're going to be stirring it with your finger, just grasping the bottles. If you're so inclined, pull them off gently by the fingers and reuse them a few times before chucking.
