I was wondering what that little MP printed on my atomizers was until it hit me... Multi Pack.... They label them because those are not covered by any warrantee. My guess anyway.....
The Electronic Cigarette Company (USA) Ltd. - SHOP -I couldn't find an appropriate place to post this and I'm new so I can't start a thread.
I wanted to try TW's e-liquid but they don't have any available on their site. Does anyone know an alternative site to buy it?
Heed trust me im on it..
Cheris, the atomisers even though a lot of people think its not the case are exactly the same as the single ones we sell.
Its normally very unlikely any dont work straight out the box.
It creates a problem covering DOAS even though i might like to.
Anyone who has used a multi pack and has dead used atomisers, can buy a new multi pack, receive say they checked them 3 are DOA and we would need to swap, after costs the profit in the multis is truly limited.
On our retail guaranteed atomisers, i still run this risk but buyers usually contact us if one is dead we then swap.. Still open to abuse, but not as likely..Hence the MP on the multi atomisers and batteries.. We know if we receive one back its none warrantied.
Thanks for the clarification on DOAs, but I received two DOA attys in a five pack today and I believe that UK distance selling regulations prohibit you from taking zero responsibility for faulty product. Multi pack or 'retail', or whatever, the product needs to be replaced if it is not fit for purpose out of the box.
Faulty goods
The consumer is protected under the regulations within the cooling off period. Once the period has expired, the Sale of Goods Act 1979 then protects the consumer. Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the goods must "conform to contract". This means they must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality (i.e. not inherently faulty at the time of sale).
Goods are of satisfactory quality if they reach the standard that a reasonable person would regard as satisfactory, taking into account the price and any description.
Aspects of quality include fitness for purpose, freedom from minor defects, appearance and finish, durability and safety.
If the goods are faulty, the consumer can ask either for a refund, or for the goods to be repaired or replaced at no cost to them, or for compensation.
