It was a snap once I looked at what I was doing. I had a couple-few false starts. The o-ring started going in place, then 'not'!. Then I looked at the brass pin and realized it was pushed down. I raised it gently w/ a small screwdriver, and the next attempt did it. Then I gently pushed all around the o-ring to make sure it was seated. The 'hint' picture Brandy send me was a life saver. Worked like a charm.
The Buna black rings you sent do look a teeny, tiny bit fatter in diameter to my eyes. But they work just fine. (Sorry for the blurry picture, it was a free-hand macro shot w/ unsteady hands).

awesome news Mike ... that orange oring, I figured was the one weak spot on the Radius and the P3.

Willy, this is an area I'm completely unprepared. Can you let me know the size of these o-rings and where to get some? Thanks

Brandy @ Provape sent me these spec's for the o-rings.
size (AS568A Industry Standard Uniform Dash Number) = 004
Cross Section = 1/16"
ID = 5/64"
OD = 13/64"
material = Silicone-70
And this picture 'hint' to help w/ the installation

EDIT: Turns out that's $6 for 75 O-Rings. I may just order them and if anyone ever needs any, they can contact me and I'll be glad to send some to them.

Yes, I figured that out and edited my post above. I ordered them. I'll have O-Rings to last longer than any of my Radius or I exist.....LOL
Kind of sad tonight. Vaping Nicoticket's Wakonda on my new Cabernet Radius...the last of the last on both fronts. The good news is that the Whistle Pig rye I am enjoying these with has a bright future.

I really need to stay off this forum. Something else for my kids to scratch their head and then toss in the trash. Five Radius and back-up o-ring... 75? Ordered. What can I say? It is a condition. It is not my fault.
