Although some do have a gluten intolerence, it's interesting to note that only 1% of the population suffers from celiac disease, yet look at how popular the gluten-free products have become. In regards to "organic", I have no doubt that there are some who really are that concerned about additives, pesticides, etc, but for most, it's just the latest trend to get caught up in.

I've got 100% organic glycerin and I've got my organic vanilla pods in some vg steeping for some concentrate.
I don't think my nicotine is organic though. I'll have to check.
