Ok... just got back... currently copying about 700 files off of the memory card ( 350 shots, my camera is set to save as a RAW and a JPEG file for my convenience when I preview them )...
I know I saw at least one shot with lightning in it... crossing fingers they are sharp this time cause I just had the front leading edge of the clouds for a focus point, no lights were far enough out for it.
I'm also going to have to start remembering to spray down with OFF before leaving... the mosquitoes are starting to get thick out there... I've got bites all over it feels like.

And you just thought it was a going joke when they said... we hear a tornado siren and then go outside to look
According to the radar when I got back to the house ( I was only about 5 minute drive at the most ( in town to just outside of it ) from home when I took those )... those storm cells were still around 10 nautical miles out from my location. Lightning can strike out to 10-25 miles from a storm and rarely out to 50 miles... so I do take it seriously and watch what is actually happening at the time. I left shortly after the last shot I posted feeling it was getting a little close for me... the rain didn't actually reach me at home until a good 30 minutes later so I probably could have hung out for another 15 minutes and still not got wet going from the car to the house.
Oh... forgot I've got a map I can enable on my radar...

I was looking to the future when I may need some sympathy, like when we get an inch or two of snow or ice and I start complaining...

I think what happened here was a knee jerk reaction by the bank to the changes that lay ahead of us.
I plan on keeping MyVapeJuice open until forced to close down. I am just not certain when that will be. I have been asked by many of my customers if I would sell my recipe for this juice or that and the answer is no. I will not charge for my recipes. I will however make you this promise. Before I close my doors I will release all my recipes and techniques so that you may continue to enjoy the flavors you love and I will do this at no charge.

I think I found a different shot from this last evening that I like better... and I've combined two shots together making the first panorama shot I've ever have done .... The pano wasn't so special as much as just showing the sunset just as I had got to the location to try and capture the lightning shots... The lightning shot, captures some of the magenta to yellow colors from the sunset, the blues seen in the storm clouds and sort of a purplish/blue around where the lightning itself was located.
That's cause we loves ya Yimmie!
Already put some in the cart and will check out tomorrow!

Not sure what I was thinking when I joined those other two shots into the pano... the lightning shot was within a minute and I should have just used it.... So I did...
