Places to buy e-liquid or DIY supplies

I'm moving to debrecen hungary next month amd i was wondering if there are any vape shops in the city where i can buy premium juices or DIY supplies. Or if there online stores that have these things.

I'm afraid it doesn't sound too promising: Hungary adopts TPD, but its regime remains the toughest in Europe.

I'd say bring a bunch of DIY stuff with you so you're covered while you figure out what the situation on the ground really is.
