This thing is horrible. I hate it. I wasted money on it and will have to throw it away. It doesn't leak but the vapor production sucks, flavor sucks too - almost none. Wicking is very poor. Instead, it likes to get hot at the bottom so that it almost burns your fingers. I cannot understand why. Tried changing various coils, putting more cotton, then much less cotton, adjust juice supply. Nothing helps. All I got as a result is a vile taste like burned wick or something, and I cannot get rid of it even after changing both coils and cotton. Don't recommend it to anyone.

I still use this daily. The flavour that I get is good and it does get a bit hot if I chain vape just like most but never to hot to burn myself.
What is the resistance of your coils and you are making sure that the coils aren't touching the chimney.
If you don't like it then pass it on to someone that may want to try it, instead of binning it.
