ummm i dont think so, it really depends where you live, like theres spiders and snakes around, but in the city there isnt many/any snakes, i live in an "urban" area and theres some poisonous snakes in the bushes behind us and before the freeway, so guess its true but probably not as bad as your thinking haha

Yah I'm used to Alaska life... Where everything that will/can kill you is usually bigger than you... We do not have any poisonous things except maybe like berries or mushrooms or something....

That's partially why I hate it here in California. Black widows and rattle snakes and such... No thanks.
