Taifun GT 3 deck can't clamp down anything thicker than 27 kanthal!!

that's annoying and a bit odd...PBusardo generally uses 24g Ti these days but not absolutely sure whether he used it in his review..All I'm saying is there must be a fix for this - I cant see the wire guage being that limited..

look from 27:15 on. He builds with 26g kanthal also. I didnt watch any longer
The screws look like they should take 24g no problem..he says somewhere that claptons shouldnt be an issue! There is hope mate!!!

Hmmm, will give the 26's another go!
I'm using 26g SS , on mine but mine are great Clones from coppervapes 10£ a pop have 3 and a mini and 2 SXK mini an larger one on way , could you not just swap out the screws , I know they need to be small for a reason other wise they would touch the coil,
But im sure you could try other screws , flat headed they only need to catch an clamp down the wires, but need to have a head that done extend over the Coil Areas ,
