To fill, push the carto up from the bottom. That way you can push the carto farther out of the way before the deformity becomes a problem.

Dremel slits tend to be sharp & rough, so be careful or they will eat the o-rings.

I was worried about that. Will use the side of the cutting wheel to polish them before finishing the job.

I didn't like that method.

1. Carto gets hot when holding it, go slow
2. rough edges
3. metal shavings in the stuffing
4. go too far and the dremel wheel snags the stuffing

Give it a try though, you may have a different experience.

My punched holes in my cartos for cartotanks deform the carto to such a point that I sometimes have to use a hammer to insert them. I am thinking of using the cutting wheel on my dremel to make vertical slits in them.

Get a "Line Tap Valve", best carto punch I have ever used.

Only a month late but the postal service finally found and delivered the 60ml nicotine salts from LNW. When I hold it next to the replacement bottle LNW sent me it’s quite yellow. My guess is it was hanging out somewhere hot. Oh well, threw it in the freezer, still looks usable to me I was really confused when I received a delivery notification, I wasn’t expecting anything!
