So I just order PG based nic and it will come with the right mg of nic? Do I have to specify a concentration? I don't want my juice over 6 nic.

I had a friend stop by today who had broken a just filled tank of juice over their iStick 40W. When she presses the fire button everything shows on the screen but it won't fire. Does anyone know if the battery can be repaired? And if so, how would we go about it?

You order nicotine base at a higher concentration than you want in the final eliquid.
For instance I commonly use 60 mg/ml nicotine base, make 6 mg/ml eliquids. That means that for a given total ml of final eliquid, 10% of that final ml will be my nicotine base. (if I want 30 ml of 6 mg/ml eliquid, I include 3 ml of my 60mg/ml nicotine base).

There are some places that will do 6mg for you, but if you're going that route, then yes, you'd have to find a place that will do it specifically in your preferred nic/PG/VG ratio (e.g. 6mg nic, 70PG/30VG - sorry, too lazy to backread
). I know Nude Nic does it, probably quite a few other places too. You're basically ordering unflavored base, which isn't a bad thing. Just measure in your flavors and top off with base, easy peasy. Most people that DIY order their nic in crazy high concentration (60-100mg) and dilute it with their own PG and VG. That's what I do. I have 60mg nic and make my own unflavored base in 750ml batches.
Ugh, that's a tough one, since you can't open up the mod to clean the inside and ejuice doesn't really evaporate.
