Seems to be relying on mostly people who already own one and people on this site for buying them.
If you were only to go to the website it still says aiming for a sale in late February.

There are plenty of us and lots of stalkers as well. You'll see a lot of people pop in around here as the sales gets closer. It really heats up a few weeks before the sale and for several after.

I remember some of the most sought after mods were never seen again. They don't even show up like this thread for bragging rights. Its just a mystery with no answer. 
Most of his sales are not to ECF members, we're just a subset of his customer base. The pics will be posted on his site before the sale and will be up there for a period of time before sale night. They will be posted once they are completely finished and ready to go.
True and for those who don't know that can be lulled into a false sense of security when in actuality you must be vigilant and ninja quick on sale day. So practice...practice...practice. The best way to practice since the sale is exactly like buying any REO now is go to REOSmods.com and see how fast you can buy a few.
I don't know what y'all are talking about. Should be no big deal to get the one you want on sale day. In fact I would recommend checking in the day after the sale because...uhh...they might be on sale by then! Yeah that's it. 
My theory is it's all in the luck of timing the F5 refresh. His site goes down to prepare for the sale, when it comes up, first in and to pay wins.
