I don't have to prove it. You can see it's already happening every time some ignorant douche says, "Oh, you vape. That can blow up, ya know?"

The news is like a virus and these people blowin' their teeth out with mech mods is spreading to a bunch of sheep that will just assume that vaporizers blow up for no reason.

You don't think that's gonna cripple the vaping industry?
Yes.

You do.

You made a claim.

A ridiculous one at that.

One that relies on ignoring the agenda that would make your claim seem legitimate.

Control over the news media has formed public opinion.

Unfortunately because most are easily duped, it's also formed vapers opinions like yours.

First it was ego batteries with safety circuits that wouldn't fire builds that were too low.

And they still blew up.

Mechs are losing ground in popularity.

Multiple battery, regulated mods are rising and taking over.

Just two weeks ago I pulled 2 batteries out of an acquaintances SMOK 2 battery mod.

1 was at 1 point something volts.

The other was at 3.3 volts.

ETA And this was a certified electrician. /ETA

And this is being reported randomly here despite the large portion of the user base that would never check.

I said it before and I'll say it again.

If they wanted an example for their agenda, they only need one.

And that cat is out of the bag.

The statistics are never going to add up to their claims.

But the ebb and flow of battery disasters is flowing back to regulated devices WHERE IT STARTED.

Pay attention.

Let logic guide you.

This emotion based finger pointing isn't logical and isn't helping.

i have 4 bros... one is blond, truly blond and would do this and say "what?!"... NUMBKULLS do exist... some of us may be related to one... safest place is to be is far away when they do dumb things.
I bet that same brother would vape at high wattages despite one of his batteries being discharged too low because the vape shop never told him to charge them in a dedicated charger.

If he was using a hybrid device...shame on the shop. I'm looking at my twisted messes rda, and while the pin does jut out a bit, it's nowhere near long enough to be used on a hybrid device, at least not for me.

At builds below .12, the insulator on it doesn't stand a chance, and will most likely melt and that pin that was just long enough suddenly isn't.

Bzzt!

Please stop calling direct to battery mods "hybrids".
;)
Hybrids do not have 510 threads. The atty on a hybrid connects to the body of the tube.
You cant use the "wrong" atty on a hybrid.

Direct to battery mods were once called hybrid-look mods.
I know today everyone wants to shorten and abbreviate everything, but this has already caused problems.

Indeed, however I don't believe most people will understand what austenite is lol.
:D

Description-
Material: Gold
Color: stainless steel.

When it arrives, you find its actually a Brass tube with "chrome" plating.

Most chinese manufacturers are not exactly pinpoint accurate with terminology.

Oh.. Edited to add:
Austenite is basically "Steel Softener".
;)

And what color is the steel softener after it tempers?
It sure isnt "stainless colored".
Depending on the percentage of carbon, mix, and other variables austenite would be grey to black in color (im guessing..we are talking carbon/iron properties on a microscopic level).

Higher levels of austenite prevent steels and alloys from hardening from a heat treat.

What? You were expecting it was made of 14K gold?;)

Follow along and keep up.
:)
Its an example of how Chinglish isnt always the best specific technical data to use if you want accuracy.

Expect?
Ive been doing business abroad for 30 years. Lol
I know exactly what to expect and also how to order.
:p

Exactly.
"Surgical" steel is a poor term used to describe/market cheap soft stainless.
304 etc..
Its not a good thing even though it sounds "medical grade"

Lol. My daughter got a new refrigerator recently. She was telling me about it on the phone. I asked her what finish it was. She said: 'It's that fake stainless'.
I laughed and asked why she called it 'fake stainless'.
She said: 'It's fake, because refrigerator magnets stick to it'.
I said: 'It's not fake stainless. It's 400 series stainless. Magnets stick to it. They probably also stick to your kitchen sink.'
She went and tried it.
Yep.
So, now she's depressed, because she also has a fake stainless sink.

I say spun news stories are giving vaping a bad name. You say that's a ridiculous claim. THAT's ridiculous.

LOL, so you think one example for their agenda is equal to 100 examples for their agenda?

Also, NO, I don't have to prove something that life is proving already. It's like asking me to prove water is wet.
