    Hello, I bought the elite 808 and received it yesterday. I sent an email to CS last night about battery life questions and have yet to get a response. Since that time I've gone through a few charge cycles on both batteries. One has perked up and is running impressively. The other only lasts about an hour and a half. Please let me know what can be done to resolve this issue. Thank you.

    Incidentally, other than the battery problem, an all around AWESOME kit! I'll hold off on the review until we get this other battery figured out.

    just placed an order for the elite 808.wanted to know if the bottle of free 10ml would come with the order(didnt see it on the order form.wanted menthol 12mg if able).also if the cartos are prefilled can you make sure if its 12mg of liquid also.(order number is 1181).thanks for the help...
    one last question will you be selling the batts separatley if i need extra ones?
