    lol well I think I was ahead of the learning curve as I had switched to 24g for my coiling prior to the Rene wire. As far as being impaled, it went all the way through my finger the first time I wrapped a 24g micro coil lol.

    I don't see why everyone is having so much trouble with it. I got a bit from pdib and damn is that stuff awesome. It heats quick, gives you a smack in the throat and the vapor production is just as good as my 24g kanthal. It's a win win other then the price.

    So I don't know if this has been brought up or not, but if you have any GoJo grit soap lying around, not only will it do a polish on your mods/contacts, it does fantastic cleaning the dibi contacts as well, :)

    Correct, but you can certainly kill a battery that way, and the mod will get hot due to the atomizer on top (usually a dripper for me) heating up and transferring heat through out the mod itself. And yeah I don't think I have a single mod, minus the REOs, that have any sort of protection other...

    Nah, but I have the button adjust back to it's a longer throw to the battery. Plus I don't pocket my mods as I have a special little holder to it on my towmotor so I'm not worried about accidental firing. It's more of an I want to try this cause it's sturdier then a fuse, then anything else...

    Is it sad that as musicians we almost like the look of the wood more then the sound of the instrument? Lol. I couldn't for the life of me walk away from the flame koa Taylor I had for my acoustic sessions. It didn't sound quite as pretty as my Martin, but damn it sure did look purty.
