If they have a strong enough flavor, you could add some plain VG and/or PG. The calculations would work pretty much the same way Robino1 said, you'd just figure it was 0 nic. If it was 24mg nic and you wanted 12mg, you would just mix it 50/50. It's a cheap way to do it, but the downside is... -

Noob with a 3 ohm question
I don't have an istick, but I've read reviews that indicate that it fires hot (puts out more voltage than it should). You don't mention what your tank is that you are looking for coils for, but if it's an Aerotank, PT 3, or other dual coil tank, then yeah, it can be hard to find coils above...- LisaR
