Can anyone tell me if the display lights up on Super eGo: Variable Voltage when plugged into a USB port? Mine doesn't, but it does when I screw it into a regular eGo battery charger which charges it just fine.

Thanks for the post rdsok. Yea, I wasn't aware of that when I was babbling on the other night but I read it this morning.
Still doesn't change my thinking about the VariStack by any name though. :)

I wasn't aware of that until this morning but still this isn't some $5 carto. This product has been on the market for months and somebody should be standing behind it. If GotVapes doesn't see this then I'm disappointing in them.
As I recall the Rocket was originally scheduled to go on the...
Shouldn't be a problem getting a replacement as it has to be a defective unit. Have you contacted GotVapes yet? I can't imagine they would give you any problem even being in the Alpha program as the Rocket certainly isn't a Alpha product.
I had two of the same units with a different name...
I'm on page 186 of 189 so hopefully you have found a solution by the time you read this.
I had the same problem on a couple of occasions but got it to work by trying different combinations of batteries. Finally discovered the spring in the cap wasn't making a good connection. Used a small...
Are the threads so bad you can't use a short 510 extension and grab a little bit of thread?
What I would do if I had bad threads is find an old ear/head phone cable, strip and cut the insulation off a section, separate the little wires and use as many as necessary to tighten the fit between...
Hope you get back on your feet soon.
I start out with about three drops. With a little experimenting you can put in several drops and hold it horizontally so some of the juice is just laying in the tube and tip it vertically when you feel you don't have enough on the coil. If you get too much...
It takes a lot of flushing with Alcohol to get all the residual Niquid out and it also takes a long time to dry sufficiently to work again, if it's going to.
If all else fails you should be able to get a replacement if the Alcohol didn't mess up the paint too bad. Certainly worth a try...
The Rocket by other names has been out several months and went through it's Alpha/Beta phase a long time ago, it isn't going to change with a different name. All of the molded plastic PVs leak like a sieve at the seams, none are sealed that I am aware of. A molded plastic clam-shell VV PV for...
The Rocket is a fine little APV but dumping juice inside will be an ongoing problem with potentially disastrous end results unless owners find a way of sealing the top from leaky Vaporizer. My idea, post #1843 solved the problem for me though esthetically it may not be a solution for most...
Ego uses a 510 thread so most anything designed to fit an ego battery will fit. Any non ego vaporizer with a 510 thread will also fit. Shouldn't need any adapters unless you to to a 901 or 801 threaded vaporizer.

One has to be particularly careful with that PV as any leaking goes directly into the electronic. When you do your Isopropyl flush be careful to keep it off the colored part of the Rocket as it will peel the paint if left on too long. I have an ugly Zebra from not paying attention but it cleaned...
I bought one of those when they first came out called the Varistack and have been really impressed with it's hand friendly features. Have many VV units but the VariStack is the most comfortable and convenient to use of the lot. Only problem was the originals were only 2amp so mine is very...
Foster, If you haven't bought your VMax and accessories yet, CCV has a 15% discount in effect for this weekend for anything in the store. Read post 1266 or use code: 1STYEAR...
I feel the same way, except for the 1000maH, the 650 is a mile long. :) You may find Steve's review interesting The Super eGo: Variable Voltage (and a display!)

VAPNJ350 has posted his testing and claims the Efest battery is equal to or better than the IMR. It appears the CCV,Sysmax i4 Intellicharge Battery Charger, will charge just about anything used in vaping including the 14500. Personally I would buy everything you need from CCV. The prices are...
Of course you are right. The only reason I even mentioned is was because you mentioned actual voltage for the other two comparisons. "3 volts on Vmax v1 and 3.5 volts on SS Vmax".
At any rate it wasn't meant to insult your intelligence, just point out their is quite a spread between 6v and...
