    Not in this case. There is no count of "votes" made by the FDA. In fact all form letters are combined and addressed as one comment. But like I said, its pretty clear that a large number of the comments came from people who didn't know that.

    Pops and Crackles are normal... and make a seasoned vaper smile ;) Some browning is not abnormal. HOWEVER, if you taste burnt, that's an issue. Don't vape burned cotton. And don't ask how you'll know if it tastes burnt... you'll know.
