This what I used to do too. Back when I started I really wanted something that resembled a cigarette. I had the auto batteries and even eventually got one of the charging cases. Now I couldn't care less if my PV looks like a cigarette.
I think PV is a much better term to use. No matter how hard you try to explain what an ecig is to some people, they just can't get past the cigarette part. When you use PV instead, they seem to be a lot more likely to listen without all their "Cigarette" baggage tainting their opinion.
This is a hard question for me to answer. I would definatly say I chain vape more then I used to chain smoke, but I also go without vaping for longer periods of time then I would between cigarettes.
I usually just sit my freshly mixed juices on top of an old CRT monitor for a while to heat them up and then give them a good shake. But I just got a new dremel for christmas and now I know what its first use will be :)
A great local source for PG is from Tractor Supply Co. I'm not sure how much shipping costs, or if they even do shipping. But if you have a store close to you then you can get 1 gallon of USP grade PG for $19.99.
Edit: Woops, I just realized this thread was about nic base. The PG from TSC is...
There are a lot of good flavors out there but i'd have to say Blue Mist Vaping Orange is my current favorite. Depending on how much you use it is either a nice mellow orange flavor or a sharp zesty vape.
As soon as you find the flavors you like you'll start saving a lot of money. Most of the time when you buy flavors in bulk the price per ml goes way down. Sometimes its a pain to find that perfect vape but once you do its well worth it. And don't forget that you can sell or trade the flavors...
I've been using standard 510 boge cartos for a while now at 6 volts. Every so often I'll screw on an atty but it ends up coming off after a few minutes and just reinforcing my love of cartos.
I'll have to give the q-tip method a try. I've just been filling my cartos with the little rubber piece that sticks in the battery end left on. It works well, but you can lose a few drops if you overfill.
This is a simple recipe, but its one that I've really been enjoying lately.
Mountain Dew Type (TPA): 10%
Mango (Blue Mist Vaping): 6%
VG: 15%
I like mango and mountain dew on their own, but they always seemed to have a bit of an odd aftertaste. When you put them together any odd taste is...

I had a great experience selling to Zen~. This person is very knowledgeable and a great communicator.
I don't have any experience with the KR808D1 batteries, but I can tell you that the m401 bats were way to sensitive. I could never vape in the car with the windows open, the wind, and even music would trigger them.
