2.4-ish ohms is good for either a Vamo or eGo Twist. The diameter of the Vamo is slightly larger than that of your 18350 batteries, so you're not going in totally blind. A 510-eGo adapter is necessary to use Kanger T3's with the Vamo, so I'm assuming that is true with their MT3's as well. -

The Vamo is considerably heavier than an eGo Twist. It's a great device for the price, but may not be what you're looking for with respect to wearing it around your neck on a lanyard. If you decide not to go with a Vamo, I'd suggest a Vision Spinner battery (or two) with Kanger T3 clearos or a... -

Your CGR18650CG is probably safe to use. I would avoid higher voltage/wattage settings when using it, though. It's a lithium cobalt battery rather than a lithium manganese battery, so it has a higher resistance to the flow of ions. Trying to draw too much current from it will stress the battery. -
