After you get west nile it will be convenient having top notch medical. Other than being close to your family, Arizona has all of that, including the beaches. Just no ocean, mosquitoes or huge dog eating lizards

After you rebuild from your first flood, that low cost of living is going to skyrocket. You my friend are BRAVE!
thank you for your opinion:)....

Yup, Arizona is great. It's hot but it's a dry heat... kinda like sticking you face in a blow torch.

Living in Miami has a huge advantage, it's like living in the middle of a shooting range without having to pay the admission fee.

(Certainly was a fun place to work but knowing how to speak 9 different languages would have made it a wee bit easier.)

Oh, look, there's a herd of eld walking across the pasture. Damn pests... HEY! GET AWAY FROM MY HAY!!!

Colorado must be stunningly beautiful, especially living in a town where the altitude is the same as the population. Pesky Elk though, that sounds scary; those things are HUGE and they have really nasty horns.

Bovines and buffalo have horns... elk have antlers. Silly flatlanders.
