Official ProVari Radius Thread - Part 2

There is no driver support for the chip we use in the Radius in the earlier versions of OSX. OSX 10.10 is from 2014, and the chip we use in the Radius is from late 2015.

Hi Kat, It's a great subject. Thanks for asking. This is not directed at anyone specifically, but the general policy here. I think we're pretty tolerant as long as it's civil. The forum is here for people to hang out and chat about whatever's on their mind. We just ask for people to be...

Hi Ms. LeX, Yes, it requires OS X 10.11 or newer. I was told because the drivers for the programming chip were not available in earlier versions of OS X.

Don't have any info on that but I'll keep an eye out. Probably not something that could be done with a software update. The hardware has to support it. :)

That's very kind of you! We are good on testing at the moment...The full release should be ready soon so hang tight. We just need to get the app verified with apple so it doesn't throw the security warning. Not sure how long they take, but the application has been submitted. I think once that...

Official ProVari Radius Thread - Part 2

Just to put everyone at ease, it's IMPOSSIBLE to brink a Radius. When it was not responding, it was just in programming mode. All you would have to do is remove the battery and reinstall and it would bring the device back out of programming mode. If you were half way into programming and the...

Absolutely, It will go down to 0.00000000000000000000000015 ohms. Good suggestion on the 250A limit. Don't want to push it too much. We're currently debating if anyone would be interested in a jump start kit for the car...with a nice carrying case of course.

The Satin silver will ship sooner, probably early next week. The Stealth blacks sold out and we need a little time to restock.

Ahh yes, you must be referring to the device we are working on that uses 9 stacked 18650 batteries, goes up to 450 watts, comes with a welding torch and taser attachment. Sorry, I can't talk about that one yet, but it's for us tootle puffers. Our dear friend Ocelot is still working on the...
