I would go a lil further a guess that the ProCyon will be about 1/8 to 1/4 inch longer, due to the newer/better battery cap.

Seems reasonable.

Maybe someone with a P3 in 18650 mode can measure theirs and post the length. The Procyon is 4.8” L x 0.90” D without atomizer.

{SNIPPED}.....
How can there be a cool new Provari out in the wild and SR, not have one? Huh? How?? LOL
Funny that you say this cause from your previous posts about it, I didn't think you were going to buy one. As a matter of fact, it made my jaw drop!

@Vape360 - Intentional, or oops? "Abandonment Notice! On Thursday, March 17, 2016, a U.S. federal trademark for ProVape Incorporated registration number 86312431 was abandoned having the name IQ. The Reason provided as ABANDONED-FAILURE TO RESPOND OR LATE RESPONSE"

Now, what's "Preveon"? I won't tell anyone... promise! :)

Guessing... since both trademarks were filed around the same time:
  • Alternative name for the Procyon that didn't make the cut
  • A variation of the Procyon, perhaps a 26650 tube
  • Initial name for the Procyon, but you found out it was a drug used for HIV treatment and didn't want the association
  • A custom tank, perhaps being made by ~Zen (since tanks would be a new venture for ProVape) designed to work at higher wattages as provided by the Procyon
  • ____________________ <-- your answer here ;)

Yes, so true. My I don't need one lasted about 10 seconds after that post and I was like, what did I just say? There's a new Provari. And you know you're gonna get one. You do. So denial ain't gonna work for you bub! And so, the P3 is in someone else's hand and a Procyon will be ordered soon! I even have mature Provape reward money to use. Woot Woot!

Ahh yes, you must be referring to the device we are working on that uses 9 stacked 18650 batteries, goes up to 450 watts, comes with a welding torch and taser attachment. Sorry, I can't talk about that one yet, but it's for us tootle puffers.

Our dear friend Ocelot is still working on the prototype drawings.

The Satin silver will ship sooner, probably early next week. The Stealth blacks sold out and we need a little time to restock.

You know what they say... 2 types of people - the quick and the dead ;) Ordered mine yesterday, got a shipping notice today. Guess that means it's going to be more popular than many may have assumed. You know what else they say? The best things in life are worth waiting for.

OK, time for a nerd joke... There are 10 types of people in the world - those who understand binary, and those who don't.

Oooo! Please tell me it'll handle a 0.15-ohm load. The wattage wars were SO yesterday - it's all about variable amps now. 250W mod? Pfft... 37.8V from 9 stacked 18650s would spit out 252A at a 0.15-ohm load (but for those STILL using variable wattage, that's 9525W!). Tootle puff on that! Better limit it to 250A, just to be safe.
