IPV 35w and 50w box mods

The specs for the SX330 V2 50W don't show a buck feature to step down power. Voltage output for regulated power is 3.6–8.5 volts. YiHi does indicate this capability for their SX350 chip.

    Ahlusion E-Juice Part 3

I like the little Smoktech UDA Atomizer. It has adjustable air flow and needs no tools for building. The tiny chamber produces good flavor. There is no room for dual coils and those wanting a big cloud machine should look elsewhere.

IPV 35w and 50w box mods

Pioneer4u showed a prototype of a 35 watt IPV that is considerably smaller than the 50 watt . However, they made no mention of whether or not that was what would actually be shipping or if it was just something they may do in the future. If you don't need the 50 watts and prefer the smaller form...

IPV 35w and 50w box mods

Preordering vape gear with large production runs is no guarantee of firsties. I preorder as a matter of convenience so I don't have to go chasing around the internet finding somewhere that has what I want in stock. Also, first order in/paid for is no guarantee a retailer will be first in line to...

IPV 35w and 50w box mods

Nope, that's SOP for Chinese manufacturers in general, not just for e-cigs. I have several acquaintances who have done business in China for years. It is not polite to tell people something they don't want to hear so getting straight answers is pretty much an exercise in futility.

Can you put the SW-350 chip in the Sigelei 30?

I have no idea whether it would work but you might want to ask on this supplier thread, The YiHi SX350 35W Chip at Varitube, or contact Varitube directly.

    Ahlusion E-Juice Part 3

Some flavors need higher temperatures to come out strongly while others flat out suicide at high temps. Even when the air flow is sufficient to cool the vape this still holds true to some degree as the air doesn't change the temperature that the juice contacts the coil. I personally have not...

    Ipv v1/v2 - 35/50w

Unlike your VAMO the IPV only has the capability to boost power, not to step it down (uses a buck circuit). Regulated power for your Kanger Mega with a 1.5Ω head will be in the range of 12—48 watts of regulated power. With some juices 12 watts could be quite high for any clearomizer so you might...

IPV 35w and 50w box mods

From Elev8: *Update @ 7:58PM EST 7/15: We are currently waiting for the mods to be shipped from the manufacturer. It was not shipped out today, as scheduled. According to pioneer4u, they were trying to ship out the 35w box mods before the 50w box mods, which caused a delay. The iPVs will be...

IPV 35w and 50w box mods

One just has to build higher oHm coils to vape at lower watts on a regulated device with a boost circuit but not a buck circuit to step down power. I made a spreadsheet to show the range of watts one can get with different oHm coils while staying in regulated territory for the IPV 50 watt.

Not wanting to be a test rat - good box mod

The new rDNA Vapor Shark has a removable 18650 battery and isn't very much bigger than the previous model. The few people who have them seem to like them. Vapor Shark's customer service has been mostly decent but not on par with Reo.

Rogue Box Mod by Vaping Outlaws

The touch firing feature would lead me towards guessing the YiHiEcigar SX330 V2 50W but I wouldn't bet a nickel on it as complete specs are MIA for the device. The body and buttons look like they are plastic. :(

IPV 35w and 50w box mods

The 50 watt has the touch sensor option as well as being able to fire a .2 oHm atty versus .3 oHm for the 35 watt. Other than that and the higher power for the 50 watt there doesn't appear to be a difference. The specs for the chips are on Yihi's website, YiHiEcigar SX330 V2 50W and YiHiEcigar...

Not wanting to be a test rat - good box mod

There will likely be many months of waiting to get a custom mod made by any maker with an established track record of customer service. I've got a couple of SX350 mods coming fairly soon but if either of the mod makers is even around a year from now to service them I would count myself very...

Not wanting to be a test rat - good box mod

None of the 30+ watt devices have the excellent reputation for reliability and customer service that the Reo has. I've decided to pick up an iPV 50 watt box mod with the YiHi 330 chip for use now while waiting to to see if a sterling manufacturer or mod maker rises above the crowd in the next...

Regular Atty Drippers (A Dying Breed?)

Building coils has always been super easy for me. It's something I futz with from time to time, more out of curiosity than anything else. However, I personally prefer HH.357's to any rebuildable. They last me for months so the expense is negligible. I use the HH.357s in Amp Tanks or Vision...
