    Easier fix...simply take a steak knife or any decent serrated knife and put a few light "cuts" in the carts. It seems to "raise" the plastic a bit and they fit tighter that way. Picked that tip up here on the forum, but can't remember who to give credit to! Sorry.

    Q: 510 PCC problems (again?)

    Make sure the top is actually pushing the batt down into the PCC. Some people have had to put some sort of filler at the top of the case to help that problem (ie: folded piece of paper, foam, paper towel). Fold it up, put it on top of the batt and then close the lid. Should help.

    titan 510 just came in

    It's the new atty and the filler touching the bridge. Clean the atty, (blow it out, rinse, dry...then use) and check the filler. I had the same problem when I first got mine....and it was my first e-cig.
