    VZ SC Black cigar

    I want to mix a blueberry tobacco. I know the black cigar is used at 2.5% . I have capella blueberry, what % of blueberry should I use? Confusing when mixing the super concentrated with regular flavorings.

    I have some premixed 60/40nic base from wizard labs. Can someone tell me how much flavoring I need to add to it... say for a 12ml bottle and a 30ml bottle. Really need some help guys.
