I have found SO many friends and others who cannot sleep normally whether it be due to insomnia..odd hours of work ..or any other reason. Oh my gosh.:thumbs:.I just ordered a dozen varieties of liquid from Altcig..they keep coming out with new ones..and wow..the banana milkshake..it tastes like the real thing..better!
