Are 30 amp battery's only for use in a mech mod...or can they also be used I VV/VW mods also?

I charged my 4 vision spinners, but only one is working. They show that they are fully charged but when I hit the white button it just keeps flashing repeatedly, and doesn't work. I could understand if one battery went bad...but not 3 all at the same time. What could be causing this?:glare:
