Thanks for all the information! I'm not planning on doing sub-ohm any time soon. It just annoys me when I put the time into building a nice coil, and it ends up .1 ohms below the cutoff. I'm sure I'll end up with a mech mod eventually, but for now I just need to keep practicing

I'm having the exact same problem with my igo-w. It's unbelievably harsh even when the air hole is lined up perfectly. I'll try drilling it out later, but it's very annoying.
