Where to buy cheap quality batteries now?

Hi

I had a couple of orders in at fasttech on a couple of diffrent Panasonics. But today i was refunded all the money and they say they cant even do the express shipping at the moment, so thats a dead end for me.

Im looking for the panny NCR18650B 18650 3.7V 3400mAh and the NCR18650PD 18650 3.6V 2900mAH from a good store with international shipping, but i havent had any luck so far. The battery shops i know, prices those batteries 2-3times higher than Ft does, and since i want 8 batteries, that is quite a big chunk of money.

Is there any other stores that has Good prices and a good selection of Pannies?

I'm having the same problem. Some of the sellers on eBay show as shipping international, until you get to check-out.
