    Need some encouragement :/

Took me the good part of a day to take hits without coughing. Sometimes i'd try to hold it in and tear up. I just gave my coworker a vape for christmas and he's been coughing after each hit--he's on 6mg/ml. I find that to be normal. After a few days if he is still coughing, lowering the nic...

seems a lot of devices on the market have burnt coil issue

That is true. That is the RBA. However, when i started using the tank, i had the 0.5ohm coilhead for the first three weeks. i also have replaced the coilheads with the same 0.5ohm replacements until my 5-pack ran out. It's the same situation, except I rewick more often now and have less...

The media & it's relentless struggle to keep vaping in a negative light...

That was a garbage opinion article with zero backup and a link to some halfassed google search. Thanks for pointing out a website to avoid.

seems a lot of devices on the market have burnt coil issue

I sometimes go up to 50watts for the nice, smooth warm vape. but those are quick hits or else you get the burn. in any case, if you cant seem to resolve your problems and instead blame the equipment and settings for your issues, you're done. vaping's at this level is not for you.

seems a lot of devices on the market have burnt coil issue

This is my normal setting on my subtank. You can see it says 36.0W and the resistance is at 0.5OHM. If you're burning your coils that quick, something is wrong. I am really thinking it's the nic hit you're actually getting and not the burnt hit you're claiming.

seems a lot of devices on the market have burnt coil issue

Then you're doing something wrong. At 0.5ohm resistance, you should be very comfortable between 25-35watts. another question: do you know what wattage you should be running at for the different resistance coils you are using?

take a 2 second hit at 35watts. if you start coughing, it's the nic.

seems a lot of devices on the market have burnt coil issue

thats the nic hit. the burnt hit will feel really dry and has a bad taste. as you keep your firing button depressed, your coil is heating up. the longer you take the hit, the hotter it gets.

How do you burn 0.5ohm coilheads at 20watts?

ego one-can be worse than cigarettes !

It looks like in this situation, and from both threads i've read, that education is key. Read up a little more on what you're doing. Ask questions. Be specific. We're here to help but you need to help us help you. Also leave out the generalizations.

seems a lot of devices on the market have burnt coil issue

I do not have burnt coil issues. Do you prime your coils before you fire? That's one major thing to remember.

    Which one is better? :)

What wattage do you normally vape at? Sigeleis are cool in my book, but if you're vaping on ni200, make sure you get the mods with temp control options. There are some reviews out there for the Sigelei 150watt TC and Sigelei 200watt fuchai. You may or may not like the covered textured finish...

    Brand new to vaping

With RDA's you may end up taking not just your mod, but also extra bottle and a few napkins with you everywhere you go. With the RDA, you drip drip drip, then vape. Drip some more, vape. There are such things as RTA, which has a tank so you can have the convenience of not having to drip each...
