Any suggestions i've had it on the mod for about a couple months n i really need to clean the bottom part i've tried using pliers, a flat rubber mat and it just wont budge it's so tight idk what to do? My next option is try a local vape vendor to see if they can do it haha.

Please can someone help me it's really annoying.

Freezer for about 30 minutes.
Rubber palm gloves(gardening type)

Alternative -
Hot, not boiling water, in a coffee mug
Let stand 5 minutes
Rubber palm gloves

Been there
:)

So do I obviously take my tank and coil off then put the bottom bit in water? Won't that damage the 510pin connection?

Every person who owns a vape should also own a pair of marigold goves,

Cheap and effective way of removing those stubborn tight tanks... and good for cleaning the dishes too when you're done! (Or cleaning your tanks :p)

If you haven't had it off the mod for a couple of months then I am sure at least a bit of your juice has seeped in there and locked the 2 pieces together. What I would do is use a bit of alcohol and work it down into the threads. I know it isn't going to be easy to get it in there. Just lay it on its side and slowly drip the alcohol there where the two join. Hopefully it will work its way in to where it needs to be. Good luck.

You should take apart as much of the tank as you can so you can prevent any damage and other parts coming loose. Avoid tools as much as possible since you can damage or bend parts. Try a bunch of rubber bands or rubber gloves like others said. You want to hold the mod down flat on an edge of a table so you can apply more force on the 510 base. Push inwards as you turn the base loose.

This ^^^ is what I would try first.

Next would be the freezer for 30 minutes and repeat the above.

If that didn't work, I would use large vise grip pliers with a small strip of fine/med emery cloth or sand paper, grit towards the atty base. I would go slow and increase pressure on the vise grips in steps.

Good luck with it!
