it has been 5 days now and the 14day warranty is up. No response from them. Watch they are going to say something like, we were backed up with blah blah blah, when it has been 5 days and no response. that is why I asked about another site/seller that has reliable and great customer service...

yeah started with a blu of Oct 2010 but had to move up cause batteries died and it was taking more 2 wks for them to replace it so went and bought and ego and lovin it...BLU is my back up now...lol..not diss'n no one...
