    Ya, in public places that are privately owned, its best to stealth vape in bathrooms. On a plane, I would hide my PV deep in my bags, and buy Nicorette Gum. In full public, vape away unless there are no smoking signs up, but that's rare outside in Quebec. Have a great time!
