It might be the type of juice your using... I use 3 holes with 100% vg with no problems. There was one time I punched one a little too big and I would get some unexpected juice and when I took the tip off the carto was super soaked. I tossed that and punched again. Maybe one small hole?!

i have an ePower as my backup to my Provari. i love the LR MA306 on it. it does fire with the 510-510 adaptor... there are times where mine does not fire either i have no clue why. epower with 510-510, XL 306 drip tip, ma306,drip shileld #winning!
