I had the same deal with my fullsize. Issue with the wiring. Mine went to hana and back in two weeks turnaround. ....ty to hear :(

Yeah, got it back last Thursday. Took about two weeks total, including ship times (Canada, so that adds a bit of time), and three days at Hana. Works like a charm now. Official cause according to Hana was "The terminal on your unit had to be reattached to the 510 connector."

Damn dude, 10 weeks for you as of yesterday. Maybe the cancelled your order without telling you, like they did for another poster in this thread? :unsure:

If any of you guys who got ship notices today/yesterday get a proper blue one...i'ma drive to your house and steal it.

Alrighty, so watched this last night while building a coil (on my repaired full size, wooo). Agree immensely with everything you said. RIP should at least acknowledge the cluster.... that is going on in regards to customer service, and DEF knowledge the quality drop that many users are seeing...

Oh god...my Full Size V3 is on it's way back from Hana...it was being repaired due to an issue with the 510 connector.

This is how vapinart managed their "preorders" and it worked wonderfully. My colour/size choice was unavailable when they got to me in the list, so they sent me a list of what was available and told me to give my no1 and no2 choice.

My full blue had no cosmetic issues (other than being the wrong shade of blue). I mean, it won't fire any atomizers due to defective wiring, but no cosmetic issues. Shipping it in to HM today. Hopefully I see it repaired quickly.

Nah, was a green one from vapinart. It wasn't exactly cut, but it was very very loose. Loose enough that I just know if I had to send it in, they would question it.

Yeah, like I said above; I checked what the connector looks like on my Mini, and there is no way I could fix that (Epoxy everywhere), so I am leaving the full size intact. Will give the facebook idea a shot.

After opening my mini up (it already had a broken warranty sticker) I can see there is no way I can repair this myself, as the 510 connections are all covered in epoxy. At least that saves me voiding the warranty on the full size. Back to Hana Modz she will be going, was a wonderful two hours...

So that didn't last long. My v3 full size only worked for a few hours, now whenever I put anything on it reads Check Atomizer, does this on my Zenith, my Atomic, my Taifun, even a simple Carto. Wonderful. Now I have the choice of trying to get this fixed by Hana and waiting a million jabillion...

Received mine this morning, after customs had it's way with it. A bit disappointed in the blue colour, I thought it was a darker blue, and this looks more like the minis blue. Oh well.

Just got a shipping notification as well.
