I debated about posting this, but here goes (Didn't want cause possible mishandling of the device if it is shipped or a delay in a refund if I throw in the towel). I made an order on 02.06.2014 (Full sized Silver), and tomorrow makes 10 weeks. I was told initially it would be sometime in March when I received my order. I began to follow this thread as I became worried (I believe it was March), and then was able to see others comment about Facebook post (Thanks for posting these as I am not on Facebook) from SS Vapes. I was able to see it would be eight to ten weeks, and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I decided last week to e-mail support, but I never received a response (This is the first and only time to inquire about this order since it was ordered). This morning, I decided to call SS Vapes (First phone call since I placed the order). I believe the lady that answered said her name was Bridgett (I could be wrong). She didn't ask me for my order number (When I offered it, she said "just tell me what you ordered"), and I told her a Silver Full Size Hana V3. I immediately said tomorrow would be ten weeks. I maintained a polite tone throughout the conversation, but inquired when she felt my order would be shipped. She said they were going to be getting a shipment from Hana soon. When I tried to narrow down what soon meant, she said that she had no details on a date. I then asked if someone else with SS Vapes would know because it has been a long time since my order. She said there were no details. I then said that I assumed that Silver was what causing the delay, and she agreed. I referred to this thread on the ECF on how I was keeping up with the shipments, and that I was the oldest on the list. I asked if she could find out if there were any silver ones on the next shipment from Hana, and she said there was no way of knowing, and that Hana hasn't sent them any delivery details. I questioned how this could be. When I placed an order, I received an order number with details regarding what I had ordered and the color. Hana doesn't do the same? Also, you don't know what was ordered ? She said no. I said so you don't know if you are receiving 50 minis or 50 full sizes, or a combination ? You are not sure of the colors ? They could be black, polka-dotted, or plaid ? You are just getting a whole lot of mods ? She again said no, but said they are currently working with Hana on this. She did ask if I wanted to change the color (I said no- I wanted Silver), and asked if I wanted to cancel (I said I'm debating it, but for now- no). I could see this wasn't going anywhere, so I concluded our conversation (Again politely). I then called Hana Modz. I am not sure of the lady's name that I spoke with, but she was very nice. I told her about my dilemma (Again never got angry in tone because of the experience), and she said that SS Vapes was receiving an order. However she could not give me the details of the order (Privacy reasons). She disputed SS Vapes in that they would know the details of the order (i.e., In other words they know what they have ordered, and have received info from Hana Modz regarding the order). She said that they should be receiving an order near the end of next week. I asked her when should I pull the trigger on cancelling with SS Vapes, and she would not answer, but said again the shipment occur by Friday (04.25.2014). She couldn't tell me if a Silver Full Sized is in the order or not (Again due to privacy). Sorry for the long post, but thought I would share since this thread and fellow ECF members comments (Shout out to Joshleeman for keeping track of the list) has been very helpful (Especially regarding Facebook post since I'm not a member of that). My current plan is to wait until 04.25.2014, and if it happens, then great. If not, I'm most likely done.
