See...my fear is that this will turn into the same problem NLV has.....take tons of orders 1 day only then make juice enough to fill the orders....rinse and repeat. Everyone is now gonna order 200ml plus....then we all wait....again.

Its not mold...its a reaction of the liquid to the metal. Kind of like when your skin or earlobes turn green while wearing cheap jewelry. It look yucky but I doubt it will harm you. I just wipe it and clean the threads with qtips or tissue over a thin object...papreclip or toothpick.

This tank hasn't worked since it arrived. 2 probs...the inner o ring on the bottom cap is too tight and it won't slide on the cart once its put together. And...the outer o ring on the same cap doesn't hold the tank well....slides right off with very little provocation. No matter the hole size I...

Does anyone know what size tubing can be used with smoketech caps as a replacement tank....3.5ml tank. I have a tank that leaks....I don't want to toss the end caps.

I'm guessing an o-ring. The tank plastic gives just a little if I squeeze it...unlike my first tank. Also, the bottom cap outer o-ring slips enough that the tank comes apart when I try to take the carto out. The o-rings look okay...any way to tighten them up? I may just buy some tubing and start...

So...here's my problem now. I drilled a hole in the top side of the tank, thumb screw fits perfectly. It STILL floods...every last drop!!! I don't have enough juice to keep testing this damned thing. I just tried again, small holes in the carto...with about 20/80 PG/VG....still flooded....sigh...

There are lots of videos on proper filling of tanks. The center hole is for airflow. However....if the metal "tube" (cartomizer) has no holes in the sides your liquid cannot keep the filling wet. You will need a small hole or make a hole in the cartomizer. Look on Youtube for ecig tank filling...

So...I filled the tank by taking the top cap off....and the pressure of replacing the cap caused a flood....sigh. I have several...
